Feb 22-28, 2010 is National Rx OTC Awareness Week.

During the next week we will be sharing information and resources related to the rapidly increasing problem of prescription drug and over the counter medicine abuse.

As part of our Rx OTC Awareness Week campaign, the Kennesaw Police Department will serve as a collection point for anyone wishing to dispose of unwanted/expired prescription and over-the-counter medicine. Items can be dropped off at the police department during the hours of 7am-6pm Mon-Fri.
